Theatrical makeup applications

Here are a few ideas that sprung into my head one day for just something different.
I had a lot of fun doing this makeup, the colors and overall flawless look.

This one here I used very light foundations and powders to give
emphasise on the contrastof color.
The lips are different, its the idea of having her lips taped,
almost like a doll. She has something to say, her eyes show the emotion
of being restricted of such speech.

This one I had the same concept although a little less extreme.  This one I find is funner,
it doesn't seem like the girl is trying to escape being silenced, she enjoys the
"tape" being added almost as a statement.  The "tape" line on this one is also
not covering the whole lip so i think it also comes across as being desired
rather than forced upon her.

Alice in Grassland

Here are some photos that I took of my friend just last summer, her name is Brieanne.
This was all originally for an art project, but it just turned out to be completely
different. We started coming up with great ideas, we went for an Alice in Wonderland
inspired theme. She was amazing and I think the pictures turned out the same.
Alice lays in the grass filled with flower petals, her hair twined and spread out beyond the grass like a sun.

She blows the petals collected, to go on their journey through the flowing breeze.

She throws her hat on and nods a farewell.

Colors Patterns Fabrics Textures Designs

The fashions we are finding these days are so outlandish and adventurous,
but really these aren't that new; they may be to us but all of this
used to be, its all coming back from a different era.
I am in love with everything I'm seeing lately from the patterns being almost abstract and psychedelic
from the 60's to leopard print and sequins from the 80's.

I find we are also seeing a lot of gold coming in strong.
For accessorizing, silver is classic, but gold really adds that punch and pizazz into an outfit.

Someone, Something, Somewhere...

Kalan, a musician&love who sings and plays guitar to me in his room.

Florence, a loving mother who reads and reads in her beautiful villa.

Ebony, a young one who smiles, dances and brings joy to me whenever and wherever I see her.

Tiffany, a sister who I can laugh with but can win any argument... anytime, anywhere.

Demitra, a best friend who listens and adventures out with me to new and exciting places.

Tessa, a best friend who still cares but lives far away by the ocean.

Anna, a friend from forever who lost something we both loved, in Europe she stays for now.

& for all the others I think and care about, you are all out there and know who you are.
